#### Tips for calibrating 'Rest'

* Be calm and relaxed
* Keep your eyes open
* Sit still
* You don't need to think about anything special

Tap **Go** when you're ready to begin.

A short countdown will start.

Then the trial will start.

#### After the trial

When the trial ends, you can choose:

* Continue
* Try again

We recommend choosing **'Try Again'** if:

* You were moving a lot
* You were not focusing
* The app shows poor contact quality

Trying again helps Think2Switch™ learn what your **Rest** signal looks like. It's okay to try more than once.
