# Command

After you finish doing 'Rest' 3 times, Think2Switch™ will automatically move to **Command**.

{% hint style="info" icon="lightbulb" %}
**Choosing a Command: Try using a word**

Try saying a short, simple word **in your head**, like "go" or "yes"

Say it in your head during the whole trial.

Use the same word each time.
{% endhint %}

During this step, you will see moving waves on the screen.

These waves show how well Think2Switch™ is noticing your Command signal.

**What the waves mean**

* **Waves that go up and down**

  Your Command signal is strong.
* **Waves that stay low**

  The signal is not clear yet.

  * This can happen if:
    * The headset is not touching your skin well
    * Your focus changes

This is normal.

**Good to know**

You can practice more than once—it does not need to be perfect. Think2Switch™ learns with practice.

#### After the trial

When the trial ends, you can choose:

* Continue
* Try Again

We recommend choosing 'Trying Again' if:

* You were moving your head
* You were not thinking about your Command
* The app shows poor contact quality

Trying again helps Think2Switch™ learn the difference between Command and Rest.
